Graduate Mechanical Engineer

Location: Milton Keynes
Term: Permanent
Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 per annum

A growing engineering company based in Milton Keynes is looking to take on a Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated graduate to develop their engineering career within a supportive and technically engaging environment.

The Graduate Mechanical Engineer will ideally have the following:

A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline

Strong understanding of mechanical principles and design fundamentals

Experience using CAD software (SolidWorks preferred)

Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Willingness to learn and develop new skills

Strong communication and teamwork skills

An interest in developing products from concept through to manufacture

The Graduate Mechanical Engineer role will involve:

Supporting the design and development of new and existing products

Creating and modifying 3D models and technical drawings

Assisting with testing and validation of prototypes

Working closely with senior engineers on project work

Preparing documentation such as BOMs and technical reports

Participating in team meetings and design reviews
