Accounts Administrator – Part Time

My client, a family run business, with ambitious plans for continued growth are looking to add an Accounts Administrator to the team on a Part Time basis. This is a key position within the company and they will support the professional development of the right individual.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Accounts Administrator role:
Ø Day to day running of the accounts including credit control, sales and purchase invoices
Ø Onboarding new clients, ensuring the accurate compilation of information
Ø Monthly reporting and forecasting, working closely with the Directors
Ø Completion of quarterly VAT returns
Required Skills and Qualifications of the Accounts Administrator:
Ø AAT qualified
Ø Previous experience running day-to-day business accounts
Ø Be highly organised, pro-active and able to work without supervision
Ø Experience of using Sage and Xero.
Ø Experience of running payroll would be a distinct advantage
My client is offering an annual salary of £26,000 - £30,000 (FTE) depending on experience.
