We are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive to join a successful motor dealership in the Swindon area.

About the Sales Executive role:
* Basic salary + uncapped commission. OTE £35-£45K in first year
* Company car + excellent benefits
* Comprehensive ongoing training will be provided
* Working 5 days per week across Monday to Saturday (you will get a day off in the week)
* Working hours are 8:30am-6pm, with 1 late night per week until 9pm (Tues or Thurs)
* Potential for career progression
* Permanent role to start asap
* Based in Swindon
Key Responsibilities for the Sales Executive role:
* Sell new and used vehicles, along with associated products including finance, insurance and paint protection etc
* Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the entire sales process
* Generate leads through prospecting, follow-up calls, showroom enquiries and online leads
* Achieve monthly sales and profitability targets, including finance and product penetration
* Accurately record customer data in line with FCA requirements
Experience / Key Skills requires for the Sales Executive role:
* A full UK manual driving licence is essential
* Proven experience within a sales environment (experience within the motor industry is not essential as training will be provided).
* Be target driven with a desire and enthusiasm to exceed monthly targets
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
* Prepare order forms and other relevant paperwork.
* Assist and participate in the preparation of promotional activities, mailing campaigns, vehicle displays and training meetings to ensure full awareness of company activities.
