Our client, an established organisation based in Norwich, are seeking an Assistant Finance Business Partner to join their team.  

The Assistant Finance Business Partner role encompasses the skills required to provide a supportive and advisory role to departments within the business, and to contribute to the effective operation of the overall finance function.

The Assistant Finance Business Partner will work with the finance team to ensure that the monthly management accounts and underlying financial records are complete and accurate, whilst also working with a range of other internal and external stakeholders.

The Assistant Finance Business Partner role is a key member of the team, delivering continuous improvement in the finance function and developing trusted business partnerships with departmental budget holders and other operational staff.

Person Specification

Good working knowledge Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or other spreadsheet
Good accounting skills covering both financial and management accounts
AAT – studying or qualified
Good written and verbal communication
Organised, able to work on own initiative and meet set deadlines
