Year 4 Teacher Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to the needs of Year 4 students.
* Create an inclusive, engaging classroom environment where all students feel valued and motivated to learn.
* Regularly assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and setting clear learning objectives.
* Foster a love of learning in literacy, numeracy, and other subjects, encouraging students to take responsibility for their learning.
* Work closely with colleagues to ensure that the curriculum is delivered effectively and creatively.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with parents to keep them informed of their child’s progress and well-being.
* Take part in staff meetings, professional development, and school activities to contribute to the overall success of the school.
Year 4 Teacher Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Previous experience teaching in Key Stage 2, particularly Year 4.
* Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective assessment methods.
* Passionate about creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for young learners.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A flexible, team-player who is eager to collaborate and grow professionally.
* Commitment to continuous professional development and high teaching standards.
