Must Have’s

* Previous experience in industrial stitching or a similar role

* Confident using industrial sewing machines

* High attention to detail and a strong work ethic

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to have’s

* Experience working on technical or bespoke manufacturing projects

* Knowledge of different fabrics and stitching techniques

* Familiarity with quality control processes

* Working alongside the manufacturing team on project-based work

* Following design specifications to ensure high-quality output

* Maintaining equipment and ensuring a tidy work area

* Supporting team targets and production deadlines
