Join a highly skilled Test Systems & Metrology team in Norfolk, where you'll play a key role in developing automated test systems used to verify and calibrate cutting-edge products - ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and performance.

The Role

As a Senior Test System Engineer, you'll design, develop, and optimise automated test and calibration systems used across the full product lifecycle - from initial concept and design through to manufacturing, service, and end-of-life support.

You'll work closely with hardware, software, and metrology engineers to:

Develop robust measurement and calibration processes using industry-leading test and measurement instrumentation.
Review and improve product requirements, ensuring key quality and compliance criteria are met.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives using proven engineering toolkits.
Support accreditation processes (including ISO 17025) and drive process innovation.
Contribute to cross-functional projects, collaborating with global teams to deliver best-in-class solutions.What We're Looking For

Degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
Hands-on experience with Test & Measurement instrumentation and calibration.
Knowledge of RF calibration and measurement techniques (advantageous).
Understanding of measurement uncertainty and formal quality systems.
Proven ability to communicate effectively across global and technical teams.
