Location: Liverpool / Hybrid (work 1 day from home)
Salary: £23,489 per annum + Christmas Gift (£275)
Hours: 35.5 per week
Shifts: Monday to Sunday, 8am - 10pm (rotational pattern working 5 days out of 7)
Holidays: 32 days (including 8 bank holidays)

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Services Advisors to join a great business where you will be at the heart of the operations team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers through calls, email and live chat, providing excellent service, handling enquiries, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.

Previous contact centre experience, ideally experienced in both calls and live chat
Ability to work rotational shifts (including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays)
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach
