What Will You Be Doing?

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be given the keys to run your own business within a business. From sourcing top-tier candidates to building relationships with niche clients, you'll have full ownership of the 360° recruitment process.

You’ll be:

* Sourcing high-quality candidates for specialist roles

* Winning and managing clients within your niche market

* Negotiating deals and placing candidates into exciting opportunities

* Working towards clear KPIs and goals

* Driving your own progression and success – the more you put in, the more you get out

Put simply: source candidates, win clients, do deals.

What We’re Looking For

We care more about character than credentials, and mindset over experience. If you’re:

* A recent graduate (any discipline welcome!)

* Competitive and like to lead from the front

* Target-driven and thrive under pressure

* A natural communicator with resilience and energy

* Motivated by goals, growth, and earning potential

* Ideally (but not essential) have experience in customer service
