Job Description: A high-achieving comprehensive school in Solihull, West Midlands, seeks an inspirational Head of Business Studies to lead its thriving department. This permanent, full-time leadership role for September 2025 requires an experienced educator with a proven track record of excellent results in Business Studies. The successful candidate will be responsible for curriculum development, managing staff, and continuing to drive high levels of student engagement and achievement from KS4 upwards.

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

* Significant experience teaching Business Studies, including at KS5.

* Proven leadership experience within a Business Studies department.
