Care Assistant
At New Meppershall Care Home, we are currently looking for care assistants to work our care facilities on a full time permanent contract.
New Meppershall is our nursing home based in Meppershall Village, the home can accommodate up to 81 residents, 21 of them in our Dementhia Unit (Daffodil House)
Responsibilities of a Care Assistant :
* Support the physical and emotional needs of our residents and their general day to day activities around the home, improving and making a difference to their everyday lives.
* Assist residents with their personal care, including washing, lifting/hoisting, bathing and toileting.
Requirements of a Care Assistant:
* Caring personality and caring nature
* Positive attitude and outlook
* Good attention to detail
* Able to complete physical task
* Ability to work every other weekend
* Flexibility with shift patterns
