We’re working with several secondary schools in Waltham Forest that are looking for reliable, adaptable, and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to start as soon as possible. This flexible, day-to-day role is ideal for individuals who enjoy variety, have strong classroom presence, and want to gain valuable experience in education.

Role Overview:

Supervise lessons during teacher absences using pre-prepared lesson plans

Manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning atmosphere

Support students to stay focused and complete set work

Communicate effectively with teachers and school leadership teams

About You:

Experience working with secondary-aged students (in schools or similar settings)

Confident and professional classroom management skills

Flexible, punctual, and able to adapt quickly to different environments

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
