The Role
We are looking for driven and personable Customer Account Managers to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for building and managing your own base of customers, guiding them through the claims process, and helping them recover money that is rightfully theirs.
This is a perfect opportunity for individuals who are entrepreneurial, self-starting, and motivated by performance-based bonuses. Whether you’re based in Bristol, Birmingham, or working remotely, you’ll be supported by a high-performing team with a proven track record in claims.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage your own pipeline of clients in PAYE tax rebates or mis-sold car finance claims
- Contact and engage leads using a mixture of phone, email, and digital communications
- Guide customers through the claims process from start to finish with confidence and care
- Educate clients about their rights and potential compensation
- Maintain detailed records of case progress and client engagement
- Meet individual and team performance targets
- Operate in line with FCA regulatory standards where applicable
What We’re Looking For
- A confident communicator with a friendly, professional phone manner
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and target-driven
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or claims (ideal but not essential)
- A resilient mindset with the gumption to succeed and grow your customer base
- A desire to be part of a business with real purpose and momentum
