Job Title: Maintenance Assistant
Pay: £15 per hour
Monday-Friday 08:00-16:00

Location - Ashton-Under-Lyne

Main Duties include:

Setting the priorities for maintenance and repairs
Carrying out repairs to buildings fabric
All round handyman capable of a range of odd jobs
Good communication skills, able to follow clear instructions
Working with external contractorsSkills and Qualifications:

Enhanced DBS
Experience in Plumbing, Joinery, Plastering
