Established in 2000, Modern Networks is a vertically aligned Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Internet Service Provider (ISP) delivering tailored IT and connectivity solutions to the Commercial Property, Science Park, and Education sectors. The Role:

The ISP Solutions Delivery Manager will lead an initiative to complete the migration and upgrade of circuits, alongside deployment of new ISP and network solutions into our customer sites nationwide. They will play a key role in planning, scheduling, and executing the deployments working closely with our ISP partners. Acting as the central point of contact, you will manage the entire migration working with our internal teams, 3rd party partners and the customers to ensure successful delivery.

Each delivery typically take 90 days and are aligned with the average installation time of new fibre circuits. Responsibilities include aligning stakeholders, resources, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong organisational skills to manage scheduling, documentation, and communication throughout the project lifecycle, supporting both operational delivery and strategic activities.

Who we are looking for:

* Experience within Telecom or ISP sector

* Hands-on experience delivering network rollouts, migrations, or circuit-based projects

* Skilled in managing cross-functional teams and third-party engagements

* Previous partner management skills with telcos and service providers

* Full UK drivers licence with access to own vehicle (the role will require as hoc customer site visits - frequency is project dependant)
