Sales Manager
Bristol | Hybrid (3 days in-office) | £50,000 (negotiable) + Bonus + OTE + Company Car Allowance
My client is a fast-growing scale-up based in the heart of Bristol – and they’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead and inspire a small team of Sales Assistants and Executives (5 in total), reporting directly into their brilliant Commercial Director.
This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to join a business at the perfect stage of growth – they’ve got strong foundations, great investment, and an ambitious leadership team that’s scaling things the right way (with people, culture, and customer experience at the heart of it all).
What the role looks like:
Leading and coaching a motivated sales team of 5
Shaping and executing a clear B2B sales strategy
Owning pipeline performance and reporting on key KPIs
Working closely with the Commercial Director on new revenue opportunities
Using HubSpot (or similar) to manage workflow, leads, and automation
Supporting new hires as the team continues to grow
Keeping momentum high and culture strong across the sales function
What they’re looking for:
Someone with previous experience in a Sales Manager (or similar) role
A strong people leader – you get the best out of your team without micromanaging
Someone comfortable in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
HubSpot knowledge would be a big bonus
Ideally B2B background – SaaS, digital, or services all welcome
Commercially switched-on, with a hands-on attitude when needed
