Job Title: Team Leaders – Timber Manufacturing (CNC & Assembly)
Location: Leicester - LE8
Salary: £15.00 – £16.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Our client are currently recruiting for two experienced Team Leaders to join their growing manufacturing team. These are full-time, permanent positions with immediate starts available for the right candidates.

We are looking for:

*

1 x Team Leader – CNC Machining

*

1 x Team Leader – Timber Assembly

If you have a background in timber product manufacturing and experience in leading teams, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

*

Lead and manage a team of 8–12 production operatives.

*

Ensure production runs smoothly and to schedule.

*

Oversee workstations and ensure the correct materials and products are in place.

*

Monitor and report on KPIs.

*

Identify and challenge underperformance.

*

Work closely with factory managers to maintain workflow and reduce downtime.

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a timber manufacturing environment.

*

Specific expertise in either CNC machining or timber assembly.

*

Strong communication and leadership skills.

*

Organised, proactive, and hands-on approach.

*

Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
