About the Role:
You’ll play a vital role in supporting the sales team and ensuring a seamless customer experience. From managing incoming enquiries to processing orders and assisting with quotes, you’ll be the backbone of internal sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries
* Prepare quotations and support the external sales team
* Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
* Liaise with production and engineering teams to ensure order fulfilment
* Maintain CRM records and track customer activity
* Support marketing and sales initiatives when required
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in a sales support, customer service or similar role
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A proactive attitude and the ability to multitask
* Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
* Knowledge or interest in engineering or technical products (desirable)
