Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant who is looking for a new long-term role in January?

Tradewind are currently working exclusively with a range of SEN schools in Luton, Houghton Regis and Dunstable who are looking for staff to join them on a long-term and daily basis from January.

We are looking for people with experience working with children with SEN either in schools or other settings. People from care or youth work backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

You will be working closely with children with a range of complex needs including ASD, PMLD, ADHD and SEMH. Experience is therefore vital or a strong passion for pursuing a career in education alongside a degree.

For the strongest educators, this may lead to full-time employment with the school.

What we're looking for:
* Experience supporting children with additional or complex needs

* Ability to work effectively with class teachers and SENCOs
* A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
