A well-established technical services company, known for its high standards and long-standing client relationships, is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Administrator to support its operations team based in High Wycombe.
Role Overview
Working closely with the Office Administrator and a team of field-based specialists, the successful candidate will help coordinate client bookings, maintain internal records, and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations. This is a process-driven role that would suit someone methodical, tech-minded, and comfortable working with bespoke internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
* Assist in preparing regular client quotations using standard templates
* Process customer orders and maintain up-to-date records
* Schedule appointments and confirm bookings with clients
* Issue documentation such as Method Statements and Risk Assessments
* Source and order materials when needed
* Prepare and issue electronic job files to field staff
* Maintain accurate logs and communication history via the internal system
* Support with general administrative tasks as required
After Training
* Maintain internal training records and book external training as needed
* Generate and send customer invoices using in-house software
Candidate Profile
* Proven experience in an administrative role
* Highly organised with strong time management skills
* Comfortable in a quiet office environment, working alongside a small, predominantly male team
* Tech-minded and confident learning new systems (training provided for bespoke database)
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook
* Strong communication skills and a high level of attention to detail
* A calm, methodical approach to task management
* Scheduling or coordination experience is helpful but not essential
