About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Maintenance Engineer looking to kickstart their career in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. Working on a double days shift rotation, you’ll gain experience supporting maintenance operations, troubleshooting equipment issues, and implementing preventative maintenance programs across a wide range of mechanical and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

Support maintenance engineers with planned preventative and reactive maintenance tasks.

Assist in identifying root causes of equipment failures and work toward long-term solutions.

Learn to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

*

Contribute to continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

*

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

*

Adhere to all health & safety policies and safe working practices.

Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to engineering tasks.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
