Senior Building Surveyor

Location: Billericay (Hybrid considered depending on experience)
Salary: £50,000 – £80,000 (DOE) + Expenses Paid
Start: ASAP
Benefits: 23 days annual leave + bank holidays, pension (details TBC)

We are seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join our Billericay office. Due to an upcoming departure, we require an experienced professional who can hit the ground running and take ownership of a varied, predominantly residential-focused workload.

About the Role

You will take a lead role in delivering a broad mix of surveying services, including:

Residential Valuations

*

HomeBuyer & Defects Reports

*

Planned Maintenance Programmes

*

Project work and contract administration opportunities

*

Managing and progressing a busy pipeline of instructions with a high level of autonomy

*

Providing technical input and support within the wider team where required

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

*

Ideally AssocRICS or MRICS (or working towards), with strong relevant experience considered

*

Experienced in residential building surveying (typically 3+ years)

*

Confident working independently and managing workload with minimal supervision

*

Comfortable travelling for surveys (must have own car)

*

Professional, reliable, and confident in a client-facing role
