Job Title: Quality Support Manager
Location: Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Devon, Warwickshire (frequent travel required-Hybrid)
Salary: £65,000 per annum
Reports to: Head of Quality

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Support Manager to ensure high standards of care and compliance across multiple care services. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining regulatory standards, supporting care quality, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards (e.g., CQC)
Review and develop care plans, risk assessments, and policies to uphold best practices
Lead and manage audits, medication management, incident reporting, and complaints handling
Support and deliver staff training and development initiatives
Work collaboratively with Registered Managers to support service quality
Travel regularly across sites within the designated regionsCandidate Requirements:

Proven experience in quality management within the care sector
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and care standards
Ability to lead audits and manage quality improvement programs
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
