DOMESTIC ENERGY ASSESSOR (DEA) – LONDON

We are supporting a long-term residential energy assessment programme across London and are looking to engage qualified Domestic Energy Assessors (DEAs) to start immediately.

This is a high-volume, stable pipeline of work with consistent surveying demand over the coming years.

Key Responsibilities

*

Carrying out domestic EPC assessments in line with current regulations

*

Surveying occupied and void residential properties

*

Collecting and submitting accurate RdSAP data

*

Uploading completed surveys within agreed timeframes

*

Adhering to access procedures, safeguarding and client processes

Essential Requirements

*

Valid Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) certificate

*

Active accreditation (Elmhurst / Stroma / ECMK / Quidos or equivalent)

*

Up-to-date DBS (must be current)

*

Proven residential surveying experience

*

Ability to start immediately

*

Right to work in the UK
