Operations Assistant - £30,000 | Reading

Our client, a global leader in specialist logistics, is looking for a hands-on Operations Assistant to help keep things running smoothly across three closely located sites in the Reading area.

This is a varied, fast-paced role ideal for someone who's organised, proactive, and happy juggling different tasks across multiple locations.

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be supporting day-to-day site operations-making sure facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained. That means everything from coordinating maintenance and contractors to assisting with compliance and security-related tasks. No two days are the same, and your input will be vital to the smooth running of the business.

What's on Offer:

£30,000 salary

Full benefits package

Monday to Friday working hours - roughly 9:00 to 17:30

Participation in an out-of-hours rota (duty mobile provided)
