? What You'll Be Doing:
As part of our team, you’ll support day-to-day recruitment and customer service tasks. This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll learn how to support candidates and clients while gaining a recognised qualification.
Your responsibilities will include:

Providing excellent customer service to candidates and clients via phone, email and in-person
*
Supporting the recruitment team with candidate searches, CV screening and interview bookings
*
Posting job adverts and managing responses
*
Maintaining and updating the recruitment database
*
Assisting with onboarding processes and compliance checks
*
Handling general administrative duties and supporting the wider team
? What We're Looking For:

A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
*
Confidence when speaking to new people
*
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
*
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths preferred
