Blue Arrow is seeking a Foodhall Manager for our client in the Perthshire area!!

Salary: £35k to £40k

Shift Pattern: 5 days out of 7, 8:30am to 17:30pm

Where: Perthshire area

Job Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities…

Oversee day-to-day operations and delegate tasks effectively
Achieve and exceed department revenue targets
Manage stock levels and liaise with warehouse and buying teams
Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally
Motivate, train, and coach your team to deliver outstanding service
Maintain visually inspiring in-store and window displays
Promote brand image through extensive product knowledge
Create a positive working environment for both team and customers
Manage the shop floor to resolve urgent issues and communicate updates
