Our client in Bognor Regis is seeking a General Operative to join their growing production team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy practical, hands-on work and are looking to develop new skills within a supportive manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Assisting with mechanical assembly and production tasks using basic hand tools (training provided)

* Manual handling, lifting and moving parts (lifting equipment is provided)

* Completing basic documentation

* Supporting colleagues and maintaining a tidy, safe work area

What We’re Looking For

* Reliable, hardworking individuals with a positive attitude

* Comfortable with physical/manual work

* Willing to learn new processes and develop new skills

* Previous manufacturing or hands-on experience is beneficial but not essential

* Ideally based locally to Bognor Regis or able to commute

* Monday – Friday (Day shift)

Pay

* £13.00 – £14.00 per hour, depending on experience
