A growing Ecommerce Retailer in the Greater Manchester area. They sell a variety of trend led product for the home and apparel are seeking to add new product areas. Due to strong trading figures and company investment, they are seeking to add another Assistant Buyer to their Buying Team.

Description

Assist in sourcing and selecting home decor products to meet market demands and customer expectations.
Support the preparation and management of product ranges, ensuring timely updates and availability.
Monitor supplier performance and maintain effective communication to ensure smooth operations.
Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for new product development.
Collaborate with the merchandising team to manage stock levels and optimise inventory.
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure product launches align with promotional strategies.
Maintain accurate records of product information, pricing, and supplier agreements.
Assist in negotiating terms with suppliers to achieve cost efficiencies.Profile

A successful Assistant Buyer - Home Decor should have:

Experience in a buying or merchandising role within the retail industry.
Knowledge of home decor products and market trends.
Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales and market data.
