Senior Parts Advisor Responsibilities:
* Deal with customer requests promptly and efficiently, delivering a memorable customer service experience
* Process orders, order required parts, and take customer payments
* Source and supply the necessary parts for vehicles
* Ensure stock levels are maintained as needed
* Complete all documentation relating to parts and customer orders
* Liaise with the team regarding parts and customer requirements
* Set high standards within a customer-focused, team environment
* Prioritise a changing workload, in line with customer needs
Senior Parts Advisor Skills and Experience:
* Previous knowledge of the automotive industry, specifically within the parts industry
* Experienced in invoicing and payment collection
* Must be computer literate with MS Office experience
* Possess an enthusiastic, approachable demeanour
* Excellent telephone manner
* Customer-focused with a desire to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction
