Registered Manager

Full-time, Permanent, Flexible Hours

40.000pa DOE plus benefits

We are looking for a Registered Manager or a candidate who desires to become an Registered Manager who shares our passion and enthusiasm to join our team in Oxford on a full-time, permanent basis.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Provide leadership, administration, care, and people management functions.

· Design and administer an evaluation of the care standards and care service provision.

· Organise the formulation and implementation of all of the policies and procedures, abiding by the full QCS care Quality Management System

· Maintain the operations of the service at the standard agreed and within the financial budget or other parameters set.

· Maintain care and management skills at the current level, and undertake such training and development as may from time-to-time be required to maintain that currency of practice.
