Job Title: Engineer

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 Per annum

A growing Construction business based in the West Midlands is expanding their technical team in 2026. They are seeking a dedicated Engineer to join their team.

Job Duties:

Undertake setting out on construction sites
Read and interpret drawings and specifications
Provide engineering support for both commercial and residential projects
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Work collaboratively with the technical team

Required Qualifications:

SSSTS / SMSTS (desired)
Proven experience in setting out sites
Strong engineering background

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.

Knowledge and Skills:

Proficient in reading and understanding engineering drawings
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work on both site and office-based tasks

Working Conditions:

This role involves a combination of site-based and office-based work. The successful candidate will be required to travel to different project sites within the West Midlands.
