What You’ll Be Doing:
• Working closely with students with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, and social-emotional challenges.
• Supporting both in-class learning and one-to-one interventions.
• Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and parents to deliver personalised support plans.
• Helping students build confidence, independence, and a love of learning.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience supporting children or young people with SEN (school-based or otherwise).
• A calm, compassionate, and patient approach.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for education.
• Adaptability and a sense of humour — every day is different!
