About the Role:
Deliver engaging, tailored lessons to students with a range of SEND needs, including SEMH, ASD, and moderate learning difficulties (MLD).
Support students with individualised learning plans and EHCPs.
Work closely with the college's inclusion team to ensure every learner can thrive academically and personally.
Contribute to curriculum planning, assessment, and progress tracking.
Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured classroom environment.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Proven experience teaching students with SEND, preferably within an FE or post-16 setting.
A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent).
A good understanding of inclusive education strategies and differentiated learning.
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply through TimePlan).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for supporting diverse learners.
