The Role as a Business Development Manager:
You’ll take ownership of business development in the region, with the flexibility to focus on the sector that best suits your experience – be it Aerospace, Defence, Oil & Gas, Automotive or beyond. The focus is on character, drive and a genuine passion for engineering-led solutions.
As a Business Development Manager you’ll be responsible for:
* Building and managing relationships with key customers across the South East
* Identifying and converting new business opportunities
* Collaborating with internal technical and operational teams
* Acting as a true ambassador for the group’s capabilities and values
About you:
* A proven track record in business development within engineering or manufacturing
* Confident working with technical products and customers
* Self-motivated, commercially sharp, and relationship-led
* Based in the South East and happy to travel as needed
