We have an exciting new opportunity for an Administrative Assistant join a privately owned family run business in Sheffield on a full time, permanent basis. You will be joining a highly respected and successful business, which has been running for over a decade. You will primarily be responsible for administration support for the organisation and have experience within the property industry.

You will be responsible for:
Handling customer enquiries including price requests
Reviewing sales legal documentation
Collating and checking handover packs for residents
Managing applications
Ad hoc administrative task as required by the business
Essential Experience required:
Property rental knowledge would be an advantage
Experience handling a wide variety of tasks within a fast-paced environment
