About the Role and Key Responsibilities
As a Secondary English Teacher working with TailorEDucation, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils’ learning and academic development within a secondary school setting in Chatham. The Ideal Candidate Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification (essential)
Experience teaching English within a UK secondary school
Strong subject knowledge with the ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated English lessons
Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
A passion for supporting the progress, confidence, and wellbeing of all learners
