We're working with a leading manufacturer and supplier renowned for their first-class customer service and product quality, who are looking to welcome a Client Relationship Executive to their team in Crawley.
About the Role:
As a Client Relationship Executive, you'll play a vital role in nurturing warm leads generated through marketing efforts, engaging with potential customers to identify their needs, and guiding them through the sales process. You'll be the friendly, knowledgeable point of contact who provides product information, prepares quotes, and arranges follow-ups to move opportunities forward.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and progress warm leads generated through engagement and prospect marketing campaigns
Engage with potential customers to understand their requirements and guide them through the sales journey
Send product literature, discuss options, provide quotes, and arrange timely follow-ups
Develop and maintain relationships with industry-relevant businesses, introducing how the company can meet their needs
Identify and reconnect with lapsed customers, understanding reasons for disengagement and using a consultative, solution-based sales approach to rebuild relationships
Support the wider sales team by handling inbound sales calls, emails, and customer enquiries
Represent the company at customer open days, exhibitions, and networking events
Collaborate closely with communications and branding teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand presence
Who We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a proactive business development or sales role, ideally within construction or manufacturing sectors
Strong understanding of sales fundamentals and consultative selling techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly
Highly organised and accountable, able to manage your own sales pipeline effectively
A team player who is motivated by contributing to company growth and working collaboratively
The Package:
£36,000 - £40,000 DOE + performance bonuses
Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

20 days holiday + bank holidays + birthday off (increasing by 1 day per year up to 25 days)
