£21.00 Hourly /£32,829 permanent salary + Van included

We are working with an organisation based in Blackburn who are seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Joiner to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.

Duties of the Multi Skilled Joiner may include:

Undertaking a wide range of responsive maintenance jobs
Dealing with tenants and customer queries
Responding to emergencies
Delivering multi skilled tasks where applicablesuch as Tiling, Patch Plastering, Basic Plumbing
Driving vehicle to undertake planned and responsive Joinery worksTo succeed in the Carpenter/Joiner role you will have:

A qualfication in Carpentry/Joinery ie NVQ Level 2 OR equivalent work experience
Capacity to undertake a basic DBS
