This structural consultancy based in a relaxed studio in Liverpool are seeking to strengthen their drawing design team with the appointment of an experienced structural technician who will be working on their commercial and residential projects across the North West. The role will be working closely with the structural engineers producing high quality design through to completion. 

The projects are both permanent works and temporary works.

The role is pretty unique, in so much that the company fully utilises both CAD and Revit in equal measure, working almost exactly 50/50 on the projects across both systems.

To that end they are seeking a building structures technician who is capable of using both systems independently, and happy to continue using both systems on a daily basis. However they are also able to consider technicians who are exclusively CAD and willing to learn Revit.

They are seeking a technician who is adaptable and proactive whilst being happy to liaise with engineers, contractors and architects to deliver the projects on time.
