The Opportunity:

A leading Tier 1 Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Package Manager to join their dynamic delivery team on a high-profile mixed-use project in Central London, valued at over £300M. This landmark development includes commercial office space, high-end residential units, and retail components.

You'll play a critical role in managing the full lifecycle of the electrical package – from procurement and design coordination to installation, testing, and final handover.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the electrical package from pre-construction through to commissioning.

Manage and coordinate specialist MEP subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to spec.

Interface closely with design teams, consultants, and client representatives.

Ensure all work complies with project specifications, statutory regulations, and health & safety standards.

Monitor progress and report against programme, budget, and quality metrics.

About You:

Proven experience as an Electrical Package Manager on large-scale mixed-use or commercial projects (£100M+).

Strong technical understanding of building services installations.

Excellent subcontractor management skills and ability to drive performance on-site.

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid required. Relevant electrical qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree) preferred.
