Job Advert – Project Manager (High-Rise Residential)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and take a leading role on a flagship residential development. The project consists of 4 high-rise apartment buildings, currently approaching watertight stage, with a total build value of £50m.

Reporting directly to the Construction Director, you will act as his right-hand person—managing, coordinating, and supporting a team of 5 Site Managers to ensure all aspects of the build run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations across multiple towers, ensuring programme, sequencing, and quality standards are met.

Drive progress against schedules, proactively addressing risks and delays.

*

Support and mentor Site Managers to deliver works safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

*

Maintain strong commercial awareness, protecting contractual positions while ensuring a positive, client-focused approach in meetings.

*

Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders to resolve challenges and maintain momentum.

*

Uphold company values and deliver the project to the highest quality.

Requirements:

*

Proven track record of successfully delivering high-rise residential developments of a similar scale.

*

Minimum qualifications: CSCS (Black Card), SMSTS, and First Aid.

*

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams effectively.

*

Commercially astute, client-facing, and able to balance programme, quality, and budget priorities.

*

Driven, solutions-focused, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
