Advising on employee and employer matters
TUPE,
Company restructures,
Range of employee relations,
IR35 adviceA proven track record of advising employers is essential, as is the ability to handle a high volume of work with precision and reliability. While existing contacts are advantageous, they are not mandatory for consideration.

You will need to demonstrate the following skills: 

Exceptional Client Service skills
Proven Financial Performance
Sound Technical Ability in Employment matters
Lead Management and supervision and mentoring
Have a flair for Business Development
