We're looking for an IT Technician to provide first-line support, help drive proactive maintenance and contribute to exciting IT projects. You'll be part of a collaborative team, supporting users across the business and developing your skills in a dynamic, supportive environment.

What you'll do:

Deliver first-line support via email, Teams, phone, and face-to-face
Manage and prioritise support tickets, escalating where needed
Monitor and maintain systems to prevent issues and enhance security
Support IT projects, including testing and creating user documentationWhat we're looking for:

Experience in first-line support, including Office 365 and desktop support
Strong communication and customer service skills
A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
