Looking for a hands-on role where no two days are the same? Our client, a well-established plant hire company, is seeking a Workshop Technician to join their busy team in Redhill.

This is a great opportunity for someone with solid mechanical knowledge who enjoys problem-solving, working with equipment, and keeping things running smoothly.

What you'll be doing:

Inspecting and checking in returned hire equipment (ladders, hoists, platforms)
Carrying out routine maintenance and repairs
Assembling and servicing scaffold and hoist equipment
Installing hoists on-site when needed
Keeping systems and paperwork up to date What you'll need:

A solid hands-on experience of maintain and repair mechanical and electrical systems
A safety-conscious, proactive approach
Mechanical engineering degree (desirable)
Experience handling equipment or materials (ideal, but not essential)
A willingness to learn and work as part of a team What's on offer:
