The Role of Area Sales Manager

* Field / home-based role covering Northern Ireland

* Selling a leading brand of high-quality construction products

* Managing and developing relationships with builders merchants, distributors, and stockists

* Driving demand with main and sub-contractors to create pull-through sales

* Inheriting an established and successful territory

* Maintaining and growing sales through key merchant branches

* Providing product training, joint visits, and commercial support to merchant partners

* Building relationships with contractors to ensure products are specified and purchased through your merchant network

The Candidate for the Area Sales Manager role

* Proven field sales professional with experience in the construction industry

* Experience selling building materials or related products into builders merchants and contractors

* Alternatively, a merchant sales representative or branch manager seeking a move into manufacturing sales

* Experience across heavyside, interiors, or general construction materials desirable

* Strong relationship builder with commercial awareness and self-motivation

* Up to £45,000 basic (neg DOE)
