A leading FM provider are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join the on-site team at a leading life sciences facility near Horsham. You’ll be part of a dedicated engineering team responsible for keeping the building’s essential systems running smoothly — from heating and ventilation to pumps and mechanical plant.
Duties:
Carrying out routine PPMs and reactive maintenance 
Looking after HVAC, pumps, fans, valves, and related building services
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, site procedures, and maintenance documentation.
Liaise with site contacts and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
