Residential Conveyancer – Qualified or Experienced

I am supporting a well-established law firm in their search for a Qualified or Experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their busy and high-performing Conveyancing department.

This team is well-supported, with dedicated staff handling new business and post-completion work, allowing you to focus on the job at hand.

Role details:
Caseload of mainly residential, including leasehold and freehold titles
Location: Ideally fully office-based Urmston, though 2 days per week WFH can be arranged
Working hours: 9am–5pm
Salary: Up to £40,000, depending on experience. Candidates bringing an existing client following may be eligible for performance-linked bonuses (fee per completion from their own work – a hybrid consultancy arrangement)About you:

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy caseload
