Estates Surveyor required for leading educational trust in the West Midlands.

WeDoData has recently partnered with a large multi-academy trust that is looking for a Surveying Partner to join their great Estates and Facilities team.

The OFSTED rating delivered by the Department for Education varies from "good" to “outstanding” depending on the school (2024).
As an Estates Surveyor, you will be responsible for producing high-quality building and estate maintenance surveys, as well as supporting the schools in maintaining their assets, while ensuring adherence to all applicable regulations.
To be eligible, you MUST have:
* A good understanding of maintenance defect and building technology
* A first experience in the education sector
* Practical experience in site and estates management
In return, my client can offer:
* Between £44,000 to £50,000 Per Annum (FTE)
