Job Description:

Job Title: Building Concierge

Location: Warley, Brentwood

Hours - (Split between two people):

Monday to Wednesday – 6pm to 10pm (4 hours)

Thursday and Friday – 7pm to 11pm (4 hours)

Saturday & Sunday – 10am to 10pm (12 hours)

Role Overview:

Provide excellent front-of-house service, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and efficiently managed environment for residents and visitors. The building consists of 330 apartments, a deli, a gym, residents lounge, workspace, meeting rooms and podium gardens.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver exceptional customer service.

* Welcome residents/visitors to the building

* Help create a friendly community for the residents

* Manage any issues and problems which are raised within the communal areas of the building.

* Enforces the house rules.

* Manage deliveries and parcel collection
